Schools 1STXI Tournament
Ten teams entered the East Schools 1STXI Tournament on Monday 28/9/09 at
Peffermill. Two pools of five played a round robin tournament with the top two
teams in each pool playing cross over semi-final matches.
Semi-final matches
Mary Erskine School winners of section 1 defeated Fettes College 3-0
George Watson's College winners of section 2 defeated George Heriot's School 1-0
Final
MES V GWC 1-1 Mary
Erskine School won 4-2 on strokes.

Bascombe, Sarah Johnston and Belinda Appleson for
the smooth running of the tournament. Thanks to Judy Miller and Gail Cousins for
