EAST DISTRICT HOCKEY

EAST DISTRICT BOYS UNDER 18 INDOOR
 
Congratulations to Watsonians and Edinburgh Cala who qualified for the Scottish Hockey Club U/18 Boys Indoor Finals to be played at the Bells Centre, Perth on Sunday 17^th January 2010.  

Each section match and semi-final will be 20 minutes one way with the Final playing 20 minutes each way.   

The winners of the East District Indoor U/18 Boys Competition were Watsonians who will be playing in a 4 Team section with Kelburne (West), Bon Accord MBC (North) and Dundee Wanderers (Midlands).

The runners-up were Edinburgh Cala will be playing the extra 20 minutes in a 5 Team section with Menziehill (Midlands), Hillhead (West), Gordonians (North) & Western (West). 

My thanks to all the Teams who played in the East District Club U/18 Boys Indoor competition, Mike Leonard for the GWC Hall and our umpires George Guy & Gary Scott.

EAST DISTRICT U/18 BOYS INDOOR TRAINING SQUAD 2010 

The following players have been selected to East District U/18 Boys Indoor Training Squad from the East District Club/School U/18 Boys Indoor competition. 

Waverley/Inveresk : Sean Hadfield (GK), Scott Duncan, Paul Taylor.

Inverleith : Andrew Malcolm, Dominic Lambert, Craig Walkingshaw.

Edinburgh Cala : John Walker (GK), David Paterson, Ally Irvine, Simon Waugh, Thomas Hay, Ken Inder.

Watsonians : Peter Brown (GK), Fraser Sands, Jake Hibbert, Duncan Riddell, Matthew Connor. 

Coaching Team:  Neil Allan & Graham Stuart.  Manager : Ali Fraser 

The above players are requested to attend the following Training Sessions from 17.30 to 18.30 at the George Watsons College. Please meet upstairs in the viewing gallery for 17.10 sharp. Bring fluid plus a coloured & white top.
