U14 Mixed TRIALS

Please find above links to the forms for the U14 mixed Trials.

Please note if a girl has been put forward for the Girl’s U15 trials she is not allowed to enter the U14 trials. 

Please can you complete the forms accordingly and return them back to Julie Abbot either by e-mail julie.hockey@virgin.net  or snail mail by 26th February 2007.

Please note that the cost of attending these trials will be £5 per player payable on the day. We will hold the school/club accountable for this if the youngster does not turn up (unless they have did not attend due to injury or are tied into playing in the cup games on either of the trial dates which have been intimated to me in advance) Cheques payable to East District Youth.

We do need you to read the information stated on the entry forms as they differ for each age group.

For each entry the trialists / parent/guardian must complete the Parental consent form & the photograph/video form (please print these off and give to each trialists to complete) If they turn up without these on the day the player will not be able to take part.

The trials are on the 18th & 25th March and the training dates will be every Sunday from the 15th April until the tournament on the 27th May. Please ensure that all those that attend the trials are available to play on the tournament date.
